By accessing or using Payloadr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Payloadr is a webhook testing and debugging service that allows developers to receive, inspect, and test webhook requests. The Service provides endpoints for receiving webhook payloads, real-time monitoring, request history, and related tools.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Payloadr for personal or commercial webhook testing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the Service;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without appropriate subscription;
• attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service;
• remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the Service;
• transfer the Service to another person or entity.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• maintain and update your account information;
• maintain the security of your account credentials;
• accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Payloadr offers both free and paid subscription plans. You agree to:

• pay all fees associated with your subscription plan;
• understand that subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis;
• acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law;
• provide accurate billing information;
• authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Webhook requests and related data are retained according to your subscription plan. We reserve the right to delete data that violates these Terms or after the retention period expires. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to preserve.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Payloadr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Payloadr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Payloadr and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Payloadr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
